I do not even understand how I stopped up here, but I assumed this submit
was great. I do not recognise who you might be but definitely you’re going to a well-known blogger in the event you are not already. Cheers!
Hmm it appears like your website ate my first comment (it was super long) so I guess
I’ll just sum it up what I submitted and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying
your blog. I as well am an aspiring blog blogger but I’m still new to the whole thing. Do you have any tips and hints for novice blog writers? I’d certainly appreciate it.
Sorry to hear that & thanks for taking the time to reach out twice.
I run many successful blogs, my main one being http://www.revivallifestyle.com with almost 12,000 subscribers. Started blogging 2 years ago. There’s may success factors depending on if you’re building a niche site or want to position yourself as an authority in a field.
Obviously it all comes down to the quality of content you provide. What many bloggers forget though is the improtance of making your content as easy to consume for your readers as possible. This means using media (images & video) in the right way, formatting text well (using listings, bulletpoints & short line length), consistent branding and much more. It’s also important to be active on relavent social platforms and setting those up in a way that they actually drive traffic to your homebase – your blog.
Then a major factor of a thriving online community is approachability. Do readers see that you take other’s opinion seriously? Do you reply to comments? Often it’s as simple as asking for comments or feedback and social sharing at the end of your posts.
Hope that helped!
Much success!
Dan

Thanks for the kind words, Chemietoilette!
I’m actually from Germany as well. Grew up in Stuttgart, but moved to California in 09.
